General Terms

12xbajee is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting services for Bangladeshi users. This agreement applies to all services on the platform.

1.1 Scope of Application

These terms apply to the 12xbajee website, mobile application, and all associated digital services. By using the platform, you confirm that:

1.2 Severability

Account Registration

To open an account at 12xbajee, you must meet all of the following conditions. If the conditions are not met, account registration will not be accepted and any account already created may be closed:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• One person may open only one account. If a second account is found, both will be closed.
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number.
• All information provided must be accurate, true, and up to date.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To provide a secure service, 12xbajee may request documents for identity verification at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.3 Updating Registration Information

It is your responsibility to notify 12xbajee immediately of any changes to your name, mobile number, or payment details. The platform will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. This information must not be shared with anyone else.

3.1 Account Security Guidelines

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

12xbajee currently has three active payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The same three methods can be used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, the time may increase if identity verification or a security review is required.

4.3 Withdrawal Approval Conditions

Before approving a withdrawal, 12xbajee reserves the right to verify the following:

• Whether the account's identity verification has been completed.
• Whether the wagering requirements for any applicable bonus have been met.
• Whether any active security review is ongoing on the account.

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same mobile payment account used at registration. Transactions from an account with a different name or number will not be accepted.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

12xbajee offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The bonus is not free money — it comes with wagering requirements.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000 — and the wagering requirement is ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000. Another example: a ৳10,200 deposit earns a ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,200 and a wagering requirement of ৳10,000 × 15 = ৳1,50,000.

5.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If a bonus is already active on the account when a new bonus is received, the new bonus will not be added.
• 12xbajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

VIP Program

12xbajee's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

6.1 Cashback Rates

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6.2 Cashback Calculation Method

Weekly cashback is calculated based on total losses for the week (total bets minus total winnings). Example: if a Gold tier member's total losses for the week are ৳20,000, cashback = ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120. Cashback is paid every Monday.

6.3 Tier Changes

VIP tier promotions and demotions are based on regular gaming activity. 12xbajee reserves the right to review VIP benefits at any time.

Gaming Rules

7.1 Gaming Conditions

Each game on 12xbajee has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player) information, which can be found on each game's page. Members are encouraged to read the relevant rules before starting a game.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, network issue, or software error, 12xbajee may arrange to refund the bet amount or complete the game. There is no obligation to pay out abnormal winnings resulting from an error.

7.3 Betting Limits

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Playing using software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Defrauding or threatening other users.
• Attempting unauthorized access to 12xbajee's systems.
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.

If such activity is detected, the relevant account's balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Service Suspension and Termination

9.1 12xbajee's Rights

12xbajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any member's account at any time with or without notice, particularly for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to provide documents requested for security verification.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Order from a court or authority.

9.2 Member's Rights

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, send a written request to the support team. Please withdraw any withdrawable balance before closing your account.
